Nj\u00eb studim i publikuar s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb American Journal of Clinical Nutrition zbuloi se nj\u00eb diet\u00eb mesdhetare e p\u00ebrforcuar me p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs \u201cjeshil\u201d, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7aji jeshil, ishte e lidhur me nj\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsim t\u00eb d\u00ebmtimeve t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb trurit.<br><br>\u00c7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte studimi?<br>Studimi i njohur si DIRECT PLUS ishte i gjat\u00eb, 18 muaj, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb rreth 284 persona me obezitet abdominal dhe dislipidemi (mesatarisht 51 vje\u00e7, BMI=31.2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u ndan\u00eb n\u00eb tre grupe:<br><br>Nj\u00eb grup q\u00eb ndoqi udh\u00ebzimet standarde p\u00ebr ushqim t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm.<br>Nj\u00eb grup q\u00eb ndoqi nj\u00eb diet\u00eb tradicionale mesdhetare (me reduktim t\u00eb mishit t\u00eb kuq, konsum t\u00eb shpend\u00ebve\/peshkut, m\u00eb pak karbohidrate t\u00eb thjeshta).<br>Nj\u00eb grup q\u00eb ndoqi nj\u00eb dietet\u00eb mesdhetare \u201ce gjelb\u00ebr\u201d: e nj\u00ebjta baz\u00eb mesdhetare, por me shtes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsish t\u00eb pasur me polifenole \u2013 si \u00e7aji jeshil (3\u20114 kupa n\u00eb dit\u00eb), dhe \u201cMankai\u201d (nj\u00eb bim\u00eb lundruese, Wolffia globosa), si dhe konsum m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt i mishit t\u00eb kuq\/p\u00ebrpunuar.<br>\u00c7far\u00eb u zbulua?<br><br>Grupi me diet\u00ebn e gjelb\u00ebr tregoi nj\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm t\u00eb atrofis\u00eb s\u00eb trurit (m\u00eb pak tkurrje t\u00eb hipokampit dhe zgjerim t\u00eb ventrikujve lateral\u00eb) krahasuar me grupin standard t\u00eb diet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i kontrollit t\u00eb sheqerit n\u00eb gjak (HbA1c, HOMA\u2011IR) dhe reduktimi i inflamacionit ishin t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura me rezultatet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn e trurit.<br>Konsumi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i \u00e7ajit jeshil, Mankai dhe arra (n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha grupet mesdhetare) ishte i lidhur me ngadal\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb plakjes s\u00eb trurit.<br>Pse \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme?<br>Truri yn\u00eb plak gradualisht: humbje neuronesh, tkurrje t\u00eb hipokampit, zgjerim t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave ventrikulare jan\u00eb shenja t\u00eb plakjes s\u00eb trurit dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me rritjen e rrezikut p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundje neurodegjenerative si Alzheimeri. Studimi tregon se me nd\u00ebrhyrje ushqimore relativisht t\u00eb lehta mund t\u00eb ndikojm\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces.<br>Sipas raportimeve t\u00eb institucioneve si Harvard T.H.
